Rosebridge Academy is a classical Christian homeschool curriculum made by Rosebridge Creative. In these terms, “Rosebridge,” “we,” and “us” mean Rosebridge Creative, and “you” means the parent or guardian who uses Rosebridge Academy or creates an account.
By creating an account or using rosebridge.academy, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how you can download or delete it. If you do not agree, please do not use Rosebridge.
Rosebridge Academy is in beta. While it is, families get every level that is available at no cost. Beta means a few things you should know:
If you find a mistake, use “Report a problem” in the magazine or write to us. Beta families shape what Rosebridge becomes.
We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use Rosebridge Academy for your own family’s homeschool, for non-commercial purposes. That permission includes:
It does not include:
If you would like to use Rosebridge with a group, write to us. We would be glad to hear about it.
The articles, magazines, quizzes, mastery checks, placement assessment, designs, and site belong to Rosebridge Creative. Using Rosebridge does not give you ownership of any of it.
Some pictures and materials in the magazines come from others, such as public domain paintings and photographs from Wikimedia Commons and the Library of Congress. Those stay under their own terms.
The answers, writing, and records your child creates belong to your family. You give us permission to store that work and show it back to you and your child, only as needed to run Rosebridge. We do not publish it or show it to anyone else. You can download it or delete it at any time from the parent dashboard.
If you send us suggestions or report a problem, we may use your idea to improve Rosebridge without owing you anything for it.
Rosebridge is a curriculum, not a school. You direct your child’s education, and the choices about what your child studies and when are yours.
Rosebridge teaches from a Christian point of view. Scripture quotations come from the New International Reader’s Version (NIrV).
The magazines link to specific videos, museum collections, reference pages, and other resources chosen for students. We check each link when we add it, but we do not run those sites, and they can change after we check them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We suggest you look over outside resources with your child.
You can stop using Rosebridge at any time. You can delete one student or your whole account from Settings in the parent dashboard. Download your child’s portfolio first if you want to keep it, because deletion cannot be undone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other families at risk. Unless the problem is serious or urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your family’s work.
If we ever shut Rosebridge Academy down, we will tell account holders by email ahead of time so you can download your children’s work.
We work hard to make Rosebridge accurate and reliable, and we fix mistakes when we find them. Even so, Rosebridge is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms. In particular, we do not promise that Rosebridge will always be available, free of errors, or right for every child, or that saved work can never be lost. Keep your own downloads of work that matters to you.
To the extent the law allows, Rosebridge Creative is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using Rosebridge, such as lost work or lost time. Because Rosebridge Academy is free during the beta, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the beta is nothing.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is true, they apply only as far as the law permits.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law and place for disputes to be set]. Before taking any formal step, please write to us. Most problems can be solved with an email.
We may update these terms as Rosebridge grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. If a change matters to how you use Rosebridge, such as the end of the free beta, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Using Rosebridge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
